The company specialises in creating industry-leading trade events and commercial partnership opportunities, with a strong focus on revenue growth, client relationships and market expansion. Description du poste Achieve exhibition, sponsorship and revenue sales targets. Prospect, pitch and close new exhibitors, sponsors and commercial partners. Manage renewals, rebookings, upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain and prioritise an accurate sales pipeline and database. Reactivate dormant and lapsed clients through structured follow-ups. Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Monitor market trends, competitor events and industry developments. Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting and pipeline updates. Manage floorplan allocations and support commercial event planning. Focus on high-probability sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates. Profil recherché Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. 3-10 years' B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Strong prospecting, cold-calling, negotiation and closing skills. Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting accurately. Ability to engage with decision-makers and manage commercial relationships professionally. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, SAP and AI tools. Highly organised, resilient, proactive and target-driven. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
