Incomplete applications will be deemed ineligible and will not be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted. Moroccan Government Scholarship Coverage The Moroccan Government Scholarship covers the following: Monthly stipend of 1750 Moroccan Dirhams, approximately 190 USD One one-way ticket at the beginning of the course One return ticket at the end of studies Insurance The training grant or stipend is a living allowance. It does not cover enrollment fees, boarding, local transportation, or any other study-related expenses. These expenses remain the responsibility of the student. The stipend awarded to students from the Caribbean and Pacific countries is 1750 Moroccan Dirhams per month, approximately 190 USD. It is granted for 12 months per academic year, from September to August. Payment of the stipend is based on the candidate’s attendance at school and is facilitated through Banque Central Populaire. The stipend is paid every two months at Banque Populaire branches. Scholarship awardees will have to show their passport when receiving the stipend. Students pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree may be eligible for a lump sum grant to cover the cost of printing their dissertation or thesis.
